You have to be careful with thin cables because they break easily because they are usually plastic

It looks like a tool for setting spark plug gaps.

This may be true, the wires are getting thicker - 0.1 mm, although I always set the spark plugs with a feeler gauge
I wonder what the wide sheet metal is for

Got this in yesterday it was 4*
