Well it seems you had a plan or idea how you wanted it to go. How much to raise etc. You could put the money in her hand tomorrow night with the original plan. If you moved away from the original plan. What would your new plan be? Limit on spots? Limit on time? Target number raised? Kinda up to you.

This always comes up... I think PayPal has strict rules against raffles. Keeping the scope smaller will probably help with that. And like David said, make it quicker. (which may be a really good thing). Just a few thoughts to ponder...

When people make payments, just make sure there's no mention of any kind of a raffle, drawing, giveaway, etc. Paypal hands out lifetime bans for that sort of thing.
