Are you Making, or ordering the 28" KO95 Bar's ???... Depending on Cost I Could Use 2 ( Bar's ).
@ 6'-5" and Four Back Surgery's I would Like them for a couple of 262xp's so I can stand Up.

Here’s the one I made. I only cut one side of the bar instead of both sides like the regular Oregon light weight bars. It’s a fuzz lighter than a 28” large mount Oregon

I’ve done this too but over time I’ve had trouble with the epoxy coming out. Not a big deal really though as you just put some more back in

That looks very good! Did you put any fibers in the epoxy?

I guess if I would pinch the bar very hard it could crack, but otherwise it wont come out even if it gets lose the way i milled from both sides and left some material in the middle. I hope...

That looks very good! Did you put any fibers in the epoxy?

Thanks, no fibers but it has not cracked yet hanging from the tip. Maybe mixing in glassfiber would make it stronger if it ever breaks.

I'm liking those homemade light bars...problem with Sugi or Tsumura lights is that light is not the best way to describe them.

I milled out 2 mm from both sides then milled through what was left in 3 places, left a ridge around it all to hold the epoxy in place.
