I milled out 2 mm from both sides then milled through what was left in 3 places, left a ridge around it all to hold the epoxy in place.

I milled out the center of this 24" for my 357xp, filled it with some light grey epoxy.

That's pretty slick!

Nope nothing fancy, just some vibrations using a air hammer on the table I was using pouring the epoxy and I put some strips of electric tape under the bar with some channels to let air out underneath.
