the TS-100 is a great tractor so reliable your new JD should work out good

Our TS 100 was a POS! Constant electrical problems, PTO shaft seal and bushing issues, AC issues from the factory, ball joint and radial seals every 500 hours. Glad to see it go honestly. There are a few other ones in the agency that are built different (newer) and they are good tractors. I think we had a lemon.

that sucks it must have been a Friday afternoon build
we got ours new March 2000 sold it with 18,036 hrs on it
It was always a good workhorse never any big issues only wearing parts had a quickie 940 loader with it

Dealer called and said our new one is in! Be a week or so before it is finished being prepped. Gotta get the loader on, which isn’t a big deal since the tractor was ordered loader prepped. Also have to mount sprayer and control box and make sure all that works correctly.

3-cylinder atmospheric 2.5 liter/152.6 ci diesel engine, ~47HP
Gears 10 forward and 2 reverse, with mechanical rear wheel differential blockage

Trailer is custom made, very heavy.

This setup does what we need it for.

Its been running on regular gas since grandpa bought it in 69 or 70. I think we still have the lp pistons in the shop.

Not a big tractor, but I don't live on a farm either. This is my Cub Cadet 3235, I picked it up in January to replace my Cub Cadet 1525. It's pretty stout for a garden tractor. It's got a 23 HP Kohler Command, shaft driven transaxle and shaft driven deck, power steering, hydraulic deck lift, vacuum by electric PTO engagement, 2 auxilary hydraulic spool valves, a locking rear differential, headlights, taillights and reverse lights. Kwik Way did make a FEL for it although they are out of production and there is a factory Cat-0 three point hitch for it too. It's got a 54" deck.

I had to put head gaskets in it, replace some bushings and seals and a few other parts but it's a solid tractor that is overkill for cutting the grass.
