Ok tried the new oxygen and acetylene set up I got yesterday I've got a ways to go before I get good at it really got to be careful with it compared to doing the way I've been doing it.IMG_20190831_141529.jpg I didn't take any pictures of it all cleaned up and painted I thought I'd just share how it looked after I brazed it. It gets it hot really fast and that I really need to get used to.

Did some more practice today hoping adding to the top side of the deflector will change the sound of the saw I'm trying to get a different sound not sure if this will work or not and I brazed the existing deflector where they are just spot welded on now it's on there for good. Lol.IMG_20190901_164328.jpg IMG_20190901_164359.jpg

Now I did it like a dummy didn't look to see what welding tip I had didn't really think about it but the one that came with the kit I got is a number 2 yeah to flipping hot for what I'm using it for I need a number 0 that will make it easier and better. Yep I need one of these right now. :smash2::patadaenwevs::bash:

Nice and safe now got the flashback arrestors and one way check valves put on today and the number 0 brazing tip already for muffler modding no more doing it the hard way or asking to use my friends oxygen and acetylene now I'm independent of all of that.IMG_20190909_154612.jpg IMG_20190909_154627.jpg

Nice setup! I finally picked up my tanks today! Where did you get the flashback arrestors at?

So you use two sets one at the tanks and another at the torch head?
It all comes together most times they don't come with the one way check valves those go on the torch end the main flashback arrestors go on the regulators. I did some brazing today and the one way check valve on the acetylene side was fludering a bit but that might be the way I'm using the welder but it was working fine when I was brazing.

I did another 572 muffler last night. My boss didn’t want to run his anymore after he ran my saw with the mm lol. Of course my phone was dead so no pics :(. But all these saws need is a mm to run like a ported saw. They are that good.
