One of my guys found this and just gave it to me.

I believe Mann made the original Norlunds.
Collins made "Genuine Norlund".
If you like Norlund, you'd love the Mann's (especially the Knot Klippers which were their top of the line).

Interesting wedging.How deep are they?
Thought I would try something different the wedges are about 1.5 inch deep

If not War Years, those old Elwells have some great steel from what I've read.

yes they have good steel in that bunch of axes I posted on the last page
