The cylinder 50mm white box 044 d chamber aftermarket.

Welded the sides

Turned it off

Cut squish

I built this to be a quick/strong 20" bar saw. I feel it is pretty well that.

Can it pull a 36" loop? Probably, can you set the spikes and try to rip the tank off with that setup? No, i feel you will be disappointed if you expect that. Altho i have not tried yet...

73.8 cc saw in a 60cc chassis.



This saw has about 20 cuts on it, not even a full tank of fuel.

Meteor piston, caber rings.



Healthy muffler mod.
Still have to get a muffler brace on, but that will be done before shipping out.

Some trimming to fit under the covers.

I have built 3 just like this.

Make sure they are up to temp set the H side and it holds all day long. Once it cools down they are pig rich until warm.

Being upfront and honest. That is the only qwirk I have noticed.



Meteor piston, trimmed the skirt to get the intake.

Other than the decomp hole in the top cover, and the muffler mod this saw could easily be returned to stock if needed.

Everything other than the cylinder, piston and intake boot is all stock.

I feel this saw will pick up a good bit with a larger carb/filter fitted.
