Ikinda like this,made by Cold SteelWP_20160115_001.jpg WP_20160115_002.jpg

Clips right on the zipper of my Carhart.

Perfect for cutting the string or wrap from round bales in the winter.

I hate serrated blades.

I am generally with you on that, I like to be able to put an edge on a knife. That said, this little Cutco cuts just about anything I throw at it, and if I chip it, or dull the f*** out of it, they send me a new one, or sharpen it.

My favorite edc is my Kershaw Blur in S30V steel. Custom deep carry clip and small box lanyard. Opens like a switchblade, and fast.

I've been carrying a Kershaw Needs Work for several years. I love that knife......

Nice. That's got the Wharncliffe style blade, right? Cool looking knife.

Yep.....that's it. Ken Onion design.

Not real easy to sharpen......but holds an edge really well.

A buddy of mine has one. Very slick, and more compact then I expected.

I've been eye-balling those for a while, but always find something else to spend my pennies on. I hear they do a great job.

This is what I carry. Columbia River Knife and Tool Ignitor. You can get it as either a straight blade (what I have) or a 1/2 serrated. I like it a lot although it was stiff as all hell at first and is just now getting broken in after about 5 months of carry...

This replaced a Gerber skeleton knife which was my farm knife for about 9 years before almost all of the screws fell out and it got lost...

I had one of those Gerber Skeletons for about two days before the screws snapped on me. I'm sure I had a lemon, but I haven't bought a Gerber anything since then.

Mine went through hell sideways (I also used to be an aircraft mechanic) but held up fairly well. I should have sent it in and gotten it fixed, but I lost it somewhere, it's probably in a box somewhere...
