Seems about right, my belly bar is 4 DL longer than normal

They were within 1.5 secs of each other. Real close considering the log size. The wood was hard maple and they had the same 24” b/c setup.

To be honest they felt about the same. I had to time them to tell the difference. The 461 has a tad more off idle torque, but once you spin up the 46 it has about the same torque. I wouldn’t sell either one to buy the other put it that way.

I know it’s hard to say never. But I have an 046 and a 461 as well and I don’t plan on getting rid of either one of them.

Its the quad port vs dual port.
They both sounded strong.
Maybe you need to get that 046 Arctic MMWS'd. LOL

Nothing against the 462, but I think that a 70 cc saw cutting 5” pine doesn’t give me a good idea of the saws potential. I’d give it a good go in the wood I was cutting with the 461/46.

The oiler is good enough on 461/046 with 24/28” bar which is the most I’ll run on a 70cc class stock or ported in hardwood. Hopefully the 462 oiler is as good or better.
