I think maybe he wants it for reach, and not to bury it balls deep.

I seem to member him saying something to that effect in a poast in the last weak or so....
Accurate statement. After messing my back up bad I'm aiming for a light, powerful saw that can handle a longish bar. I have buried the one the business has with a 28" in soft wood, handles it fine.

I used it to fall some dead elm and dead oak that were 30-40". Never once thought I needed a bigger powerhead. It was over neck high on a couple on the face cuts so that didn't hurt.

Nicely done. The 461 and your hybrid seems fastest. For me the 3 new hybrids would need to be timed to tell the difference.
They all feel really good. The 3 new hybrids are all tuned a touch fatter then my hybrid and 461. They're only on their second tanks of fuel and they aren't mine so I was playing it a bit on the safe side with them

A well done 261 has no issue pulling a full comp .375 20"
I agree John. But when you have so many saws, you gotta use them. Lol
I only run 18 or 20", 3/8" bar on my 036. I jump to my 460 for 24 to 28" bar. Then onto 660. Lol
Gotta givem all some good usage. [emoji6]
