If it will run a 20" bar with 3/8 chain proficiently...I'd buy one

I can't find the video or post right now @Redbull661 did some testing with mine and a 20" with half or full skip was the fastest times it put up. If you are okay with skip I'd go for it.

If I were looking to put a 20" bar on it, I would opt for a 60 cc saw, and either brand is great. 562s know for their performance, the new 362 V II lighter in weight. I still really like my 362 Ver I.

No sense in going threw life with regrets,,,,

(I should/could/would have bought it)

Just buy it :)
Lol I sent the seller a message. It's hard to argue with a nice ported saw for less than most of us could get a brand new one for.

Largest I would go on a 261cm would be 18".
I think Julian tested semi-skip chain.
Like Mike stated. If you need 20, then go with 60cc.
You need a MOFO Stihl 036 Nick. Lol
I run a 20" 3/8 Full Chisel full comp on it. Cuts well. Very torquey.

IMO, in hardwood, 28" is 70+ cc territory.

You can get a great deal on a Chinese Clone with the MMWS P&C and it will pull a 28" bar much better than those other choices, and cost less too!

I never said it would not pull it, it is just not the size saw I would choose to pull that size bar, unless I primarily cut softer woods.

My ported 460 pulls a 36" bar in Red Oak no problem, but my 066 pulls it much better.

I think maybe he wants it for reach, and not to bury it balls deep.

I seem to member him saying something to that effect in a poast in the last weak or so....
