I'm always testing with .404. ...wanted to see how fast I would be with 3/8ths. 9pin sprocket. Oak timbers approx 30" wide x 36" down.

I need to add a drive link to the chain 114 to 115. The bar was almost touching the sprocket and wasn't fully lined up with the oil port.

Looks and sounds good Julian!
Do you notice anything different in the cut? Smoother with 3/8 over .404?

at 36" faster. smoother. have to push more...saw has too much power.

at 28" I almost prefer .404 RS ...it's very nice at 28" 7pin. and lasts forever. Tons of torque yet.
