I could. Are they expensive to rent? I was actually thinking of buying one.

I priced a tow behind one that was rated for 500 pounds and went to 24' and it was $150 a day. Now I've seen lawn chair with legs thicker than the boom on this thing. I'd be hard press to trust it. Now the self propelled lifts iirc was around 400 ish.

Thanks guys. I was looking at a tow behind. It was over a year ago. I think it had tracks. Narrow enough and light enough to get into back yards. Had legs that came out. Looked decent. All info was on my old phone.
I will check my local rental place and see what they have. [emoji106]

The 395 is a newer design and a quad port. Kevin did a super job on the machine work and port job for sure. It’s the most powerful beast I own at present.

I also have a @Moparmyway 395, so I get to have my cake and eat it too:D

And yes, we ran some other ported saws with less bar and smaller sprockets. Got less than 1/4 through the log, and just shut her down. The difference was that big. I remember thinking “Is this thing on?” Both the Husky and the Solo are that much more powerful than anything else I’ve ran.
:coleman:

I want to see both 395’s together, head to head

LMAO. I would have snapped the maple tree in half with my weight. [emoji23]
I gotta learn how to climb though.

Rent em on Saturday, since they aren’t usually open on sundays you get the whole weekend for the price of one days rent
lucky our place here will open on Sunday for a return or they will charge more for the 2 day thing. Greedy they are.

I bet you that tree is only 60 years old. They grow fast and rot fast. Not the smartest choice along with weeping willow to plant near a house. Lol

We had a tornado hit my area back in 1966. They replant with lots of silver maples. A lot of them are a PIA now. 15344373914816210039298840027259.jpg
This elm was blown over but they were able to upright it after the storm. Still kicking after 52 years.
