They are as long as I pay very close attention to what I eat. Basically I can't eat anything that contains tyramine or phenylethylamine which occurs naturally. So that means nothing fermented, aged, with vinegar or soy sauce; no cheese, pork, sausage, eggs, chocolate, citrus fruits, nuts....
The length of this list is disturbing.

I take 1000mg of ibuprofen to keep it at a manageable level when a strong one hits. I'll ignore the lighter ones so I don't have to take ibuprofen too often.Holy smokes :/. Quite disturbing just seeing the list...living it would be something else

Put a 20" b&c on the Hybrid and it was 4 stroking halfway through the cut at 14,600. Tuned it to 15,000 and here it is!
