I have acres of that stuff. They were planted as Christmas trees years ago. They got tall and spindly and when a good wind comes along, they blow out into my fields and goat paths. Weird consistency to the cookies, but it's not rotten...Not frozen oak either!
Here is some kind of petrified wood?

Got the hybrid in a better log today! Had a hole in the center so I filled it with another log! Lol! Tuned it to 14,600 and it runs great!

This 201t finally got the new seals it needed to finish it up. The pto side was leaking, causing it to run and idle very stubbornly when warmed up.

A couple videos I made working on a Chinese MS361 clone saw.
First is stock.
Second is after porting.
Cut times went from average of 6.7 seconds to about 4.8 seconds which is almost 30% gain in the cut with the same chain and fuel.
The big gain is the torque.
It really lets me lean on it now. I have to be mean to it to stall it where it struggled to run with any pressure stock.
