Interesting. The 3/8 chain reacted very similar to my tests with my MOFO 026.

They're close aren't they? I just used the video timer. The. 325 was 8 tooth. 3/8 was 7 tooth. I bet the .325 is faster in 8" wood

I cut an 18" piece of wood. I used .325 18" bar full chisel 7 pin and full 3/8" 18" bar full chisel with a 7 pin.

This roach was giving me fits last week...so I tinkered with the carb and got it running today. Other than the two port muffler, its stock. 8 tooth sprocket. Scott Kunz did this muffler for me when he did my pipe saw to see how it would run on that saw in case I ever wanted to use it for work...but I don't work with saws...or cut wood really . I was originally gonna sell this thing but now I dunno...it runs ok.

Thanks for the heads up. Anyone know of someone else that makes nice dogs? Was hoping to get a set for my 084 that looks like the ms661 style.

Oh sure they have...I run saws in the front yard all the time. Have been doin it for a while. They're very familiar with my queer ass and chainsaws.
