I never liked one but I never had one that ran as good as this one.
It's tuned way down in those videos.
It's hard to use in small wood over 15k
It's at 14k in that video
I hear ya ,some turn out good ,some don't ,looks like you got a good one finally ,9 pin lol i bet that clutch loves that ;)

Nothing like what you guys are doing to saws but here is my 024/26 I did work on the ports and advanced
It is running 3/8 full comp semi chisel in dry Ash.
.325 or 3/8lp would prolly be faster.

I haven't built one in a couple years because I didn't like them but @Deets066
Built one that looked like it was running the way i thought they should,his saw got me interested in one again.
