I like a 441

The MS441 and MS261 are my 2 favorite saws.

I know it's taboo to say but I'll take a 441 over a 044 everytime.

I was running a 8pin just to show that it can run it.

I have a nice 441 in a box that I need to build.

I had a 441 (non M-Tronic) and liked it a lot. Both stock, it and the 044 were about the same, but I think it is easier to wring more performance out of the 044 with some "do at home" mods (non porting stuff).

You got the fixing part right. Most complicated saw I ever worked on.

My 562 is a bogger and I've had it apart 20 times so it is easy now but not easy like a 1122

It's a pia for a little bit but I've had the carb off mine so much it almost does it on its own now.

Yep. The 441 could have copied that when they did the air injection.

362 is by far the hardest saw to get the carb off of I've worked on.

You have to remove the engine on a homelite super 2 to get the carb off.

Another reason I don't have or work on homelites.
Instead of removing the engine to get the carb off,why not throw it straight in the trash?

Solo runs again. Chain by icepick69 is smooth and pulls good

You have to do all that just to clean the damn filter.

No and I need it.
There's no dealor anywhere neer me that can help.
I'm going to get it fixed or send it down the road.
I'm tired of messing with it.
