The cranks probably should be balanced to the flywheel.

Way to much.
It's hurting it, I should have checked compression before I cut 020 out but the chamber looks the same size as the oem and I wouldn't think the bigger bore would make much difference

A larger bore lowers compression.

That's a strong saw for not having that much compression.
I started with the cylinder on that saw at
102 127 78 200lb and it was a stinker.
I've raised and lowered as far as I can and it just kept getting stronger everytime.
Seems there the exact opposite of any other saw.
The exhaust and intake durations are giant and the more duration the more grunt and overall power it gained.
Silly silly

This is 404 full comp and hard ass white oak.
It's just a little ahead of a strong 395 with the same bar and chain

That field reminds me of my buddies and we built a small MX track. I would race my modded Yfz450 against his 250r. It was about a 1/4 mile long

I just finished putting a 046 54mm bb on a 044 and the piston was very heavy but I ground it down to size.

I have a full circle crank for a 660 that's very heavy and you can't tell any difference in vibs.
I have built some 064s that were likea jackhammer.

Ground down to size?
