That is a strong running x-torq! What kind of timing numbers do you shoot for on these? (please disregard the question if that would be disclosing proprietary info :) )
Somewhere between 100-104 on the exhaust depending on its purpose. Somewhere around 20°bd. Somewhere around 80 on the intake

I know that question isn’t for me but I’ll tell anyone my recipe through PM. I don’t think it’s anything special but a hell of a lot stronger than stock

I’ve never ran a 272 that could embarrass a 372. I’m sure there out there though? The torque is good on 272, but they don’t seem to turn up as much rpm in the cut.
I agree with that. A ported 272 can smoke a stock 372 but playing catch-up for a good bit.
