If thats the stock clutch cover it will be an OE and 'XS' means Kevin @huskihl has had his not so small fingers in the cylinder

The saw its NE. Clutch cover is from a Rancher. I asked for a screamer, and Kevin delivered!
Edit: It would be quite happy to pull 3/8 20, but I have a 357 for that. I would back off the tune for any longer duration cuts.
