Stripped down my 630 and put the parts on a 670 case with a 272 top end with a pop up piston. I also opened up the intake and exhaust a little. Chain is little dull in the video but besides that, it doesn't do to bad. A better carb may help it out some.

Ain't very good. Low heat and lots of ash. Real sappy when it's green and feather light when dry! Rots extremely fast out in the weather!
If you manage to get it split and dry before it rots, then pile it into a stove, you'll be a little concerned if you have an epa stove and can't shut it down. At least I was lol.

Those stoves don't even have dampers do they?
Not 100% on the terminology(damper/air control?) but you can slow the burn by slowing the airflow, but you can't shut it down like the earlier models, which means when you get it too hot its gonna be hot for much longer than if you could shut the air completely off.

Tree Monkey'd 7910!!!! Out of the box Stihl RS with the rakers set. Hang on, gotta edit. File too big. First video.......
I ran a tree monkey 7910 a few months ago. Probably one of the stronger work-saw 7910/7900’s I’ve ran and I’ve ran a few done by other guys. Well behaved saw in the hands.
