It has the big cases. So what about a bubble top 066?
Would that be an acceptable candidate?
It has the big cases.
A aluminum flywheel saw can be stronger than the poly.
The tight cases make a difference
I'd suggest just running it..You gotta check and see if it squats when it pees. Lol
It doesn't have to be a old flat top to be strong, you can put a good cylinder on a 660 and help it but if you want one as strong as it can be then you need a old short case saw and a good cylinder. So it takes a square top 066 w/ an aluminum flywheel?
I take it all Bubble top 066 had the Poly Flywheel
Got It.

064 or a early 066 will be the strongest
Only way it can be that way is from machine work.Ok so then I have to check my parts...I have what came to me as a parts saw but was completely and together. It has a bubble top and decomp cylinder. It has a poly flywheel but has the short case!
Well futnay. I guess I'll have to get going on another one
Looks portedThat exhaust port isn't factory
