The bearing has a small amount of play but is smooth and free.

Over 30 years or so the bushing in the case will wear.

Ever weld one up and rebore Shawn?

I've done a seal lip but not a bearing bore. There isn't any good way to line it up to bore it after welding.

seems like ya need a jig and special tool for such a job.... 2 stage welding job maybe....2 different cutters ...

Got the 064 together and it's much better but it still feels off. Here's it and my 066 with the same bar and chain and a 9pin.
