Without the divider it will never be able to provide enough fuel. The low pressure signal would be weaker than it is calibrated for.

The divider is not an airflow restriction in any way though.
That's why I'm here. If it ain't gonna work, I need to figger out which hole(s) to enlarge

@huskihl, I was asking what they were boring when coming across idle issues etc. I was unsure if issues were arriving from people machining the barrel or from boring the Jets.
I believe @jmssaws was referring to boring the bore/venturi. If I was a guessing man, I'd say @Mastermind's scrap pile contains a few of each method.

I tried one today on a 064/066,new out of the box with the divider and without,it started and idles good and tuned easily but at 2 and 3 turns out.
Once warm to get it to stop lean surging at a idle it's so fat it instantly dies when you hit the throttle, ran ok wfo cutting but you could screw both needles out of the carb and it still be starving after a 20 second cut.
Put the wj6 back on and all is well.

I've tried one on a 066 7900 372 with the some results.
I'm done with them.
They may as well be a HD

Yep. I've pulled several out of boxes of parts and they're fine. A walbro I look at wrong and they won't work
I guarantee you I have 20+ HD carbs for a 372 or 460 and can't make any of them act like a zama.
I can't fix them, there either good or bad and there's nothing I can do about it.

I'm going to put several in an ultrasonic and see if that helps
