I ended up at 81 on intake was shooting for 80 was looking for 99 on exh and hit 98 and looks like 22 on blowdown might go back in and get it to 20

Have a couple corners in the transfers don’t like and I just can’t reach with my setups so have to wait on the burrs

Also staggered the transfer openings from exh to intake plus have the exh side pointing up a couple degrees to the intake side that’s flat ish

Hmm. That a bit different from what I’ve had success with for worksaws. Usually I like to open the ex side first and pretty flat, then open the intake side with a bit more of upward angle.

Race saws can like a completely different agenda.

Also going with a rwj4a for carb drilled body for the pulse input. Old carb had lot of slop on the throttle shaft! Port matched the intake to carb and intake to jug

Suggested to use awg wire in place of a missing key . This build started 3 yrs ago and I have now started it back up hopefully finish soon.

No it had limiters I’ll try and get pics in a bit there is a seal as well where needles thread in like a poly of sorts. You can’t see it in the pic but that plastic piece on the needle itself looks like a crown and it points to the tip never seen any thing like this before

Usually those plastic inserts stay inside the carburetor when you remove the jets on an RWJ
