I've converted mine to .325, and then back to the 1/4.

That 1/4 chain is fragile, but it really is super smooth.
I've gotten mine pinched pretty hard in springy spruce limbs and managed not to break any yet. The cut is really smooth, so smooth I used it to cut my 4x4 posts to length for the chicken coop. I plan on using it to carve mortise and tenons on future builds. I've often thought about ways to mount it on the Logosol to cut shingles, but I just don't think it has the guts for that.
