I have said on multiple occasions that I could find better candidates at my children's school, and it's a small school only a little more than a thousand in the whole town! So definitely not many at the school, even though it's K thru 12 in one place. Heck I could have found better choices at the local grocery store...
Okay, I disagree 237% ! I believe that there are a multitude of people who are qualified and would be more than willing to fill the position at any cost, and the one's who are truly qualified will most likely never have the opportunity due to being in the wrong circles. I feel it is an exclusive good ol boys club where the members aren't actually that good. And without support, be it partisan or from the power brokers in the lobby community, no one qualified will be given the opportunity. And I will refrain from any more political blabbing, and actually that's more than I have ever said politically in my life. As a matter of fact it's about the only thing on the subject I have ever said in my life...
