Not exactly. Boss is on vacation. Dude was already on thin ice, well past what many would tolerate. Dude continued to mess up, piss off good customers and fellow employees. The responsibility fell on me, poor timing. I have a very good boss.
I had to take his truck, keys, credit card and drive him home to his girl and kids.

That could have been extremely ugly!
Lost my footing bucking hornbeam on a steep slope in the forest.
I've imediately let go off the trigger, the damage was caused by the mere momentum of a 72DL Stihl Rapid Duro3 decelerating from WOT.

I really have to invest in some chaps, all it takes is one portion of a second to f-up ones life.

First time ever that I got cought by a spinning chain.

This is nothing to brag about - I know that!!!
Hopefully it helps others in deciding to invest into PPE.

I also had a close call that made me wait on chaps before I ran a saw again. Very well said and a great example for those holding off on ppe.

I did the same for a buddy and dam if he didn't show up one day and never called to say he quit. Then add salt to the wound he never says anything about it just plays it off.

Some people I tell ya. Reminds me of my high school fast food job. A couple walk filled out applications and we watched them walk back to there car. Had a custom issued license plate saying LAZY. The apps hit the can before there doora even closed lol. I wish more people had an out word appearing label on them.
