I'd like to get something like that to let more light in. The thing is, as long as it shuts well I don't care much about it, since I bring my wheelbarrow thru it and trash the frame/seals. The dr is in the front room, this is also where my woodstove is at and even though it leaks a good amount of air my stove still heats the house nicely.
Started splitting this pile, it should be about 12 cord. I calculated it based on the 26 loads I hauled from my parents being around 2k plus per load on a single axle trailer, its red oak.
The only bummer is because I let it sit so long I'll loose some to it being on the ground and some because it had the bark on it.




Had a nice fire the other night, you can see the pile behind it.
