@Mastermind hates loud saws. Maybe he has come up with a solution to this problem. Randy, can you help a brother out here?

Put over sized spike bumpers on it and make the muffler much bigger to the point of wrapping around the oil tank, then decrease the outlet hole size to a around a 6mm diameter, long tube.

Also delete the base gasket, and even machine the cylinder to further lower the exhaust timing to reduce noise.

The intake should also be shaped to be quiet, basically very narrow and long in duration at least on the bottom. Intakes can sound well over 100dB.

Batterys don't work in woods
Any combustion engine equipment will be noisy, a muffler modded chainsaw certainly even more so than a none modded one.

Also, a 60cc power head will want to be louder than a 50 or 40cc saw, power makes noise!

I don't see why a RedBack wouldn't be able to fit the slot, the 120Volt battery will provide power and endurance.
Last time I checked it was only 300$ or so.
I'd love to get my hands on one of those.

What bar length are You looking to run?

Pitch and tone can make a sound more annoying too imo. A 1128 series stihl with a DP cover sounds cool at first... but after a couple hours or a day of use... not so cool anymore. I prefer the flat cover with the side ports. The tone is less obnoxious. At least to me it is. Everyone is different.

You should run my 66 with that muffler all day. Double ear protection. The PP445 sounds nice.... deep toned. Plus it's on the other side pointing down. No baffles or screen.

Have a 064 with the DP. It’s not quite as obnoxious because the pitch is a little deeper. It’s definitely loud though. Lol

Sooo, pick Your favorite saw, get a second muffler, shove it full of steel wool and swap forth and back depending whether You need the saw to be quiet or not.
Don't forget to instal a more restricted spark screen.

FWIW, I used to get headaches within minutes using my PS-7310 before I removed the SLR tube and opened up the restricted factory outlet.
She may have sounded quieter to a bystander, but the exhaust noise was at a higher frequency and painful to my ears.

6100 Dolmar isn't loud. Anything with a tube or cat inside
Tell that to my MMWS6100, she doesn't seem to know she's supposed to be "quiet".
Randy must have F-ed something up because she's screamin' really loud! ;)

I am anxious to hear my XS5000 in person, she sounds attractive in the videos Sondre sent to me.

On a serious note, my Dolmar PS-550 (Makita EA5600F) with factory stock muffler is reasonable noise wise.
She is 56cc and handles a 20" 3/8" B&C very well.
She has easy EasyStart, primer bulb, captive clutch cover nuts, dual spikes, steel AV springs, utilizes small Husqvarna mount.
She'll run an average of 45 minutes on a tank of fuel continuously bucking firewood logs.
I can take a decibel measurement of mine if desired.

As posted above, I can dBC measure my Dolmar PS-550 (same as Makita EA5600F) which still has a factory stock muffler.

As it happens, I have a new stock muffler for my ported Dolmar PS-6100 (same as Makita EA6100) which I could bolt on and measure the sound level.

I have this dBC meter from Conrad Germany.

We recently signed a contract with a huge stud farm with nearly 3 million euro worth of race horses to thin there hardwoods, 1 of the stipulations if the job is that we have to be as quite as possible
