I fired it up today. Won't get to cut until Saturday at the earliest. Next I need to put my 162se or that dang Makita cutoff together.

The bottom end was good on this one Mike. It was the funky piston and cylinder that lead me to pop the top on her. It will go back to chewing trees with its siblings.

Did you open muff up let it breath and run cooler clean fins on jugg real good too dissipate heat better

The bottom end on my old 066 felt good too but on pulling it apart, the crank shaft seals were brittle and cracked when pushed on.

I am glad I stripped it now as the last thing i want is a leaking seal or bearing cage failure a few tanks after its all put back together.

Love the saw and the bar..... nice fat bar :)
