I needed a heat gun the other day and found this gem. You can crank the heat to “6”. How could would it be if it went to “11”.

"Rotpunkt" is the brand, "Henkelmann" is just nickname the container got by the work class.

It’s made in Germany. Does not say west Germany but it’s old. Came from a Korea war veteran. I’m not sure how old it is.

I did a little research today. Looks like this tool company was in business from 1929 until 1977. Either way it has a few years on it. Great shape considering its age. A couple of better pictures.
