7t 18" same wood and no back ground noise.
In truth, Id rather have a 2 series than any other saw. It's noteworthy, that others have stated that the 262 is overrated, but it's the 1st 2 series saw that is mentioned in this thread...... .
sho is. Isn't it the predecessor to the 357xp?
beautiful version, typhical KS jug shine also!I love me some 2 series saw's! So far this is my favorite one. A 254 ported by Randy Dunlap termitebuffet! Can I have more then one?View attachment 3412 View attachment 3416
Yepper thats what I meant. Hows your back coming along? Are you referring to me running it left-handed (I'm ambidextrous), wearing the back-brace (I had my L5-S1 disc removed and the joint fused at the end of August and this was taken in Sept) or bent like that (I'm 6'2" and the bucking stand was short)?
Yes, it was uncomfortable, but even with a freshly fused joint, I had to play some as I ain't dead yet....
Not really a 2 series but runs well
Guy brought me a nice one yesterday to fix the recoil. I asked him if he wanted to sell it about nine times. No luck.I'm on the hunt for another 242XP.
