That little "extra" hole in the bottom fooled me, and even though you didn't show it, all 044/440s were D cylinders!

Looking forward to seeing it in the wood!

You had mentioned you picked up a few of them!

I have a few 10 and 12mm on the shelf but this one was new oem shipped with the customer’s saw

Sometimes you get an idea but it takes a bit to find the right person for the job. I suggested the tooling and the mount and for the first time was given the green light to do this.
200T transfer ports machined to be all dead even with my new recipe. This one is mean. Finish the ports by hand with a few tiny tools to blend things in. The next one is getting run as is before finishing the rough edges. This was the only way I could really nail down a dead flat roof and even flow across the face of the window.
