Wow, really 108 on the exhaust? The 46mm is way higher except for aftermarket cylinders.
That cylinder was way different timing wise than the first one I ported. The first one I did was around 108-110 with no grinding. That one just I finished up was at 114* without grinding. I even triple and quadruple checked to make sure I was getting the same timing.

The intake looked like it hung a little too?
Shrapnel got jammed up between the piston skirt and the cylinder below the intake. Very small mark. It isn’t proud. I think the lighting and reflections makes it look way worse then it is.

Both my Ported MS460 (with a D cylinder) and my Asian 660 (Cross P+C - dynoed at 8.6 Hp) have bridge ports, and both run very strong so I'm a believer.

I hear if you do the transfers just right you don't need them, but I don't have right angle grinders and bridge ports just seem so much easier to do!

I also think they just have to direct more of the charge above the intake, which has to help expel the spent charge.
