The one I did for you is probably 108....
Looking around the forums for post about porting a 346, 102 is the highest exhaust number I found and since I was looking for rpms I thought I' give that a try. If it doesn't work out, lesson learned. lol

Just depends on what you want to cut.

It’s been a long time since I’ve done a 372 OE. Trying slightly different numbers without hogging the transfers as large as I used to and a few newer tricks.

562XP Lowers. After I took these pics I went ahead and did the uppers, I rose them about .020”. I had to measure the port heights in the cylinder instead of using a degree wheel because I didn’t have a piston stop. Took .019” off the exhaust.
After I dropped the base gasket I had to shave the piston with a belt sander. I took like .030”off of the piston which set me right at about .020” squish. Didn’t touch the exhaust after I did the delete because I figured the timing would be about the same since I shaved the top of the piston. I could be wrong.
And I also shaved the skirt with the belt sander as well and smoothed everything everything up with some 1500 grit sand paper.

6F1C5315-D6EC-4EDB-9738-0F323F81EDBE.jpeg 359XP . Didn’t raise/ lower anything just made the exhaust port larger, messed with the lowers a little bit. Sometime soon I will get a piston so I can time it and go further with ze porting.
