I've tried pop rivets for deflectors before. They always rattle out.

I would leave the squish, I'm at 19 on the 440 and it is fine.

Nice work on the muffler, but if you are gonna polk holes in the screen, why not just remove it? I would get a courser screen, or remove it. Don't have any in most of my saws.

I like screen but I didnt have any larger screen but that will flow and keep bugs and chips out

Sounds good to me! That's about where I put my BIL's. It runs really well. I left his exhaust a little lower because it's his only saw. I think 105.5 But I liked it there.

I used to go as high as 101 on them. 105 makes a much stronger saw though. Weird how certain saws like different port heights. I wonder why....

How long ago did you do em at 101? I hope mine isn't one of them.
