Make it easy on yourself and call a tree trimming and removal company. Offer to haul away the big stuff that they cannot throw into the shredder that they use for branches. Chances are you will have more wood to cut for firewood than you can handle. Most of them don't like to mess with 200-lb rounds. If you can lift them on board the tailgate and carry them away, they're all yours.
I was sorting and packaging sharpened chains yesterday. I have at least a dozen spare chains for the 20" bars and about 10 for the 24" bars. Just waiting for a big storm now. They had some 60 miles north of me today and yesterday but nothing in my area.
If you ever get out west, I can turn you onto more dead fall and standing dead spruce, pine and aspen than you could ever dream of cutting. The national forest near my place had a blight problem 20 or 30 years ago and there is TONS of wood to cut. The Forest Service here will practically beg you to haul it out.
Not local but have plenty of logs to cut for charity. We give firewood away for heating assistance. Having charity cut on May 14th near Waukee Iowa Just off of I80.
Logs from 12 inches to 50 inches.
Last year we cut and split 50 cord of wood in one day with 38 helpers. One person came as far as Cheyenne WY and picked up another in CO.
Lots of chainsaw crazy people.
We put logs on stands so no bending over. Lots of trigger time.
