We don't have any Whole Foods either, just something to keep in mind when you travel. More and more options are appearing in stores all the time. Best thing is to find Gluten Free in the normal sections, way cheaper than the specialty isle. Corn, rice and beans don't have gluten, eggs don't have gluten. Meat doesn't have gluten, bacon doesn't have gluten.

It is never as dim as you think.

I'm not sure the longboard lager I like is gluten free.
Butt my second choice is as of 2018 and boys it sounds good today...

353 plastic intake clamp fail looks like scored on exhaust side. Got it cleaned up Lysol bath shower foam sucksballs original Dawn rocks

Yup pretty common. Get you a 385/390 clamp and grind the plastic ears down smooth. Check the impulse nipple they sometimes will have a small rip that's hard to see.

As a former beer brewer suffering from gluten sensitivity this is a topic that I've had great interest in for many years. I believe Stella is or has what's called a gluten removed beer. It's still got wheat or barley in it but the gluten has been stripped out using a protein. You have to watch out as many people (me included) still cannot tolerate gluten removed beer. Sorry to be a debbie downer guys.

Essentially that is what Celiac is all about. Gluten can’t be processed by the body and ends up blocking the nutrients the body needs from getting absorbed. Eventually the body wastes away.
