I was just joking Dan, my lady keeps plenty around. I sent her the link, that is right up her alley. My smoker could do 3 or 4x batches. I wonder if we could prep, cold smoke, and then freeze them for later baking. Looks like the peppers wind up the same in the end anyway. I love new ideas on the smoker!
