Well, Tim, we'll have to see if we can find a solution for that. When is Kevin's GTG? @huskihl
I was just joking Dan, my lady keeps plenty around. I sent her the link, that is right up her alley. My smoker could do 3 or 4x batches. I wonder if we could prep, cold smoke, and then freeze them for later baking. Looks like the peppers wind up the same in the end anyway. I love new ideas on the smoker! Thanks.

I had priced out sending 20 liters of oil via ship. It's pretty darn cheap. We could get it to a place where all of you guys would be and you could just fill up some milk jugs and take it home.

The shipping dudes through normal channels have been cracking down on the liquids lately. Bassturds. A fella asked me for some oil with his saw and they returned it.

That recipe is great either way. Even in the oven, it just is a killer recipe. I'm betting you could freeze some, especially to take advantage of the veggies when they are in season.

I'd get in on that group buy action. Milk jugs though? Just what level of sophistication you think you're dealing with here?:risas3:

If a thread gets started @ me, or if it goes to the GTG thread I'm already tagged.

That's Greek style. Lol. Everybody uses water bottles and milk bottles for homemade oil and wine here.

No buying though. I usually give the oil from me and you guys just pay the shipping.

I figured. We use canning jars for stuff like that, moonshine style.

Mornin' pre-Friday Pimps! Another warm one over this way--high today of 95f.

It's a holiday here--for the Virgin Mary. Supposed to go to dinner at a friend's house. They are cooking stuffed tomatoes and peppers-Greek style.

Y'all have a good one.

@USMC615 @usmcbuckwild or any of you other smoker freaks, you should try these on the smoker. Medium-low with light smoke for a couple of hours--you wont regret it.
Add a pound of ground beef to the recipe below....

Looks pretty yummo Dan! Morning fellas...
