Done with the area marked red. Left to do the umarked area, probleby tomorrow. The tricky part is to cut out the timber logs marked in the green area, that is without cutting through it all, only tool I got for the task is a chainsaw..

Looks good tor
I'd spray something to seal the wood and prevent termites
before I'd button it up.
The log house's here have to be treated occasionally.

Any of you fr’s or your ol’ ladies ever fooled with one of these Instant Pots? This is a an 8 qt Ultra...from doing some reading online, the Ultra has worked the bugs out of the Lux and Duo models that preceded it. Friend of mine paid $145 for it...I got it for $75...never been used. He never even run the initial steam/pressure test...we shall see. It’s a 10-1 pressure cooker, crock pot, does a bunch of other crazy *s-wordt I’ll prob never use, with the exception of hard-boiled eggs.

Talk to me if you’ve used one of these things...seems like it’s a well built deal...it’s pretty solid!
