Went for spin cycling, 30 minute - 455 calories, after 45 minute I had reached 750 calories. We broked up my shoulders & sphine alot after I was soaked in sweat.
Now, vaping, one thing I fail big with, I forget to drink water, probleby dehydrated quite often through the day.
