You should get a small bowl. Toss with a little @AlfA01 oil and salt and pepper. Drop the heat immediately after you put them on skin side down. Crisp that and then flip to meat side down and let them cook. Handle them however you want after that I toss in sauce and caramelize a bit but the hot outside is the key IMO.

This is a gal I went to HS with back in the early 80’s...*f-wordked her a couple of times back in the day...ain’t seen her for decades other than the shots she’s sent me recently. I ain’t got no time to be her maintenance man. I’ll go and look at her property, the sprinkler system deal as best I can...she can afford to handle getting a whole new system...just trench and chop through anything existing. She works for the UGA System...makes a damn ton of money.

Have you tried FaceTime? I’ve used it to help explain how to wire lights.
She can’t even find the manifold with the valves...you can text or FaceTime all you want...it’s gonna take boots on the ground. Is what it is. I’ll go help her as best I can this wknd.

Totally agree with that Tim.
Its a little harder being out of town doing everything on the truck tailgate.
Also, these are boneless and skinless. Bone in thighs with skin on do much better.
Everything I do at home gets a bath in the EVO before seasoning.
Tonight I just had to lay them on the grill and shake the seasoning on each side with a quick flip, then sear and move to the top rack to cook.
Did a little Weber Kickin chicken. It works. Little spicy. Not overpowering.

How're things in the lone star state?
I forgot, where you from?
Good evening. Things have been going real nice, got to try out my brand new Echo 490. It really impressed me for its weight, and I thought it was a real nice saw. I’m from North Dallas to answer your question.

Sent from Hoskey hilltop

That just lets you know its working.
Love those 7.3s!
If it sounds like a garbage disposal full of bolts and nuts, its just right. Had one in a 99 service truck. Got 450K out of it with no major repairs. Original engine, trans, rear end, and it all got beaten like a rented mule. Little slow on the bottom, but so is this 2019 Dirtymax in a 5500 chassis, and I didnt have to feed it Def fuid every 2 or 3 tankfulls.

Got one uncle in Pfluegerville, just out of Austin. An aunt in Sadler, and another uncle somewhere near Amarillo. Mom went to high school and met me ole pappy in Amarillo. Then she messed up and followed him back to GA after they got hitched.

Good evening Slack King. I'm doing great just got done with my injectors. How are you doing tonight?
just got home relax time and coffee

Perhaps a more gooder response would have been "takes a while to wash and wax a submarine there bud".

Hows Brett tonight?
You ever get that Weber squared away?
the question there would be who’s it was because we know it wasn’t his

Hey slack master, how was your day? Feets up?
Evening Brent how’s you
Changed alternator on my Yukon as it kept dropping down to 11 volts and I prefer to fix the problem before it causes one
Also got the head back for my buddy’s daughters Jeep and got it together
*f-word this 80 and 90 degree *s-word

You will be real happy with that 490. It's an underrated saw. Did you mod the muffler yet?
