Those look like they have nitrate in them. Not that that's a bad thing. We have a shop up in Plainwell that's my go to for flavored brats. Pineapple is pretty much the universal favorite, but I'm a sucker for green pepper and onion. There's a small butcher up that way that does some specialty stuff. A few years back I had him make me a five lb. ring of andouille with nitrate in so I could cold smoke it. Next year i need to hit him up to do a batch of ramp brats.

Hot day down here in the swamp.
Aired up all the tires on everything, trucks, bikes, mowers etc.
Took the wheels off the boat trailer to replace the tires, lubed bearings and checked the axle.
Got to use my favorite tools, PB blaster and a 2lb hammer. I had to loosen up a padlock.
Wife cooked up some fresh sweet corn and i am fixin to burn some burgers on the grill.

The wife likes the paper towel holder too.

Thanks Gary, I'm quite happy. Definitely going to clean it up and use it and start grilling more... It is in quite good shape actually.

Lots of info online for cleaning and making them shine. They are enameled so usually come back to a great shine.

Let’s see some as is pics.

Easiest pickle there is. Shred some green cabbage, throw in some salt, smash it together, and find a cool dark place. We have a three gallon crock of it about ready to jar up. I like to slice the end off of some bulbs of garlic and smoke them, then add a few cloves to each jar.

Cranking up a fish fryer...fittin’ to slick up some bass, crappie and bream with a little tightly woven, 350 deg LouAna peanut oil, brown jacket...hush puppies, homemade sliced fries as well.
Of the 3 different fish you have listed if you could pick only one which would it be?
