I'd say defiantly, 15 grand just for the call out alone even before the power board even start repair work, at least the insurance will cover it

"If you don't *f-wordup once in awhile you're not doing anything, just don't make a habit of it."
Summed it up pretty well I thought.

Good philosophy. I tend to lean toward selectively placing some fellas in much less strenuous environments to control their *f-wordups. Risk mitigation, if you will.

When I was in the AF, we'd have guys that eff'ed up on maintenance, and we'd relocate them to the snack bar. Running out Snickers sucks, but it don't crash airplanes. Lol.
