But he is saying on the 3120 crank he has that hole continues through the crank. When he flushed the crankcase with fuel, it came OUT that hole. (That crank stub being drilled for greasing the clutch bearing is VERY handy!!)

If it's truly the case then something is wrong with that crank. Hard to believe it was drilled clean through. Going to be a stinky saw with grease pumped into the crankcase.

Don’t forget we did all of PA with a moving truck hauling an SUV and both were packed to the gills plus the Expedition packed tight towing a trailer. Albeit it was dark by the time we went through PA, which was probably worse.
