That looks a little bigger than the black hornets we have here, but otherwise the same. Had one of those sumbishes pop me right above the upper lip when I was 18. 2nd July 1991. Never forget it. Was camping at the lake.
When I think "Murder hornet", I think of what they call Asian Hornets around here. They are brown and yellow striped, and about 2" long. Never got hit by one, but folks say its like catching a line drive to the affected area.
Bald faced hornet are evil ruthless MFers. They’ll put an ass whoopin’ on ya. 2793F449-4DA5-4FE7-980F-D69A6A2F59ED.jpeg

Welp......D&G Tractor Shop just picked up my 2640.

Who's got the big tube of lube? We all know what's coming.
Lubes extra.

My hands are aching. It's these moments here that make me hate dem damn chainsaws dot dot dot

Start collecting rust free truck beds and sell them in the rust belt for 3x the price.

Teue story.

The Ambien Walrus and I are NOT friends. That is what one weird and twisted sonfabitch!!
I've seen some bad trips from that stuff.

I have heard that.
I stay away from those.
Tried Chantix years ago when I tried to quit smoking. Bad, bad, bad stuff right there! It fuggs with you, and you dont even know it.
Dont mess with anything that alters my normal state of being. Well, except for alcohol occasionally.

Chantix made me feel like I was on a shroom trip every time I went to sleep. After a week I felt like a zombie.

Good morning guys. Daughter turns 16 today. She ain't the catch a ride Uber type. Can't wait to drive. Scheduled her own class last fall so she has lots of time behind the wheel. I always worry but she makes it easy. In the next couple weeks she should find out she has college Calc credit she got from the AP test at home during quarantine. Driven this one is. Have a good day.

We don't have two "F" Shaffer money up here. Her mom handled the vehicle, Dad insures it. "At least I got a Jeep Dad!" "No you didn't, but it should keep you safe".View attachment 249926

Coworker had one of them, she beat the piss out of it and put almost 300k on it before punting it. I was surprised how well it held up.

She had to have the front end rebuilt and lost a finder to a gas pump bearer. At least she didn't roll it like her last one. Now she has an f150 with a 5.4 kind of skeery if you knew her.

How the hell did I forget smoked fish? Chubs, (simma down Flo Rida), Salmon, white fish ect. I love it. I've got it dialed in on me Traeger.
Was the Traeger worth every penny you spent on it? Cousin wants to sell me his and get a upgraded model

Yes except one thing but I found a work around. They are not designed to allow direct flame searing. Ya know, the one thing that makes steaks n burgers taste the best. I remove the 2 flame arrestors to do that. Put it back in for smoking or baking a pizza ect. If the price is right go for it. Otherwise, I'd look for a brand that has direct flame cooking as a feature. If thats important to you.

My pick for a similar in price replacement is a Louisiana that allows for the direct flame cooking and you actually can set the temp and it will maintain it. Not all do this from that company so you would have to read up. My Traeger doesn't either. Say you set it at 180. You might see 160-200, depending in the outside temp, as it heats then "simmers". The type where you set it at the temp you want, say 180 again, it keeps it there or very close because it actually monitors the temp in relation to your setting. That is worth the upgrade.
